Comments: This well equipped Navigator has cruised the "loop" route once (note the lowerable mast)
and has benefited from knowledgeable maintenance and care. The upgraded engines are particularly
desirable with an honest 20 knot cruise. "AMNESIA" is fully equipped with excellent electronics, spare
running gear, upgraded fire suppression system and a nice tender and davit. She represents the best
buy for a Navigator 53 in the Southeast market.

Accomodations:   "AMNESIA" features a roomy and warm maplewood interior. From the huge 110 sq ft
cockpit enter the salon through double sliding glass doors, leather sofa to starboard and entertainment center
to port (also an easy chair and bar stools). Forward and port is the galley with a floor hatch leading to a
storage/machinery apace and engine room. Up a few stairs is the pilothouse with a large settee to port and a
centerline helm station. The flybridge is accessed here as well via a comfortable staircase. To starboard is a
sliding glass door to the side and foredeck.

Going forward and down a staircase to starboard is a desirable and spacious mid-ship master stateroom with
a centerline queen bed laying athwartships (head to starboard) and bath with a stall shower to port. A full

bunks and a head (stall shower) to starboard (shared with the VIP). The VIP stateroom is in the bow area and
features a centerline queen bed.
